Subscription Management

VANDELLE HOME does not currently offer recurring product subscription plans. No product order will renew or be charged automatically unless a subscription option is clearly shown and selected during checkout.

Order and Product Subscriptions

If recurring product subscriptions are introduced in the future, the product page and checkout will clearly show the delivery frequency, recurring price, applicable savings, renewal terms, and available cancellation method before you place the order.

Customers with an active subscription will be able to manage it through the secure management link in the subscription confirmation email or by contacting support@vandellehome.com.

Email and Newsletter Preferences

If you subscribed to promotional emails, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email to stop future promotional messages. Please allow a short period for the preference to update.

Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages required to complete or support a transaction, including order confirmations, shipping updates, return or refund communications, and security notices.
